1999-2001 - First Place in National Competition

The A site is the most prestigious plot in the Edinburgh Park Business Park. 

Our proposals create a new urban setting for the 80,000 sq.ft headquarters building together with two other office developments totalling 240,000 sq.ft. The site concept creates a very dense series of high quality urban spaces served by two levels of underground car parking and the new CERT route.

4/5 Lochside View is a V-shaped building over three floors with a very dramatic top-lit atrium space that links all the accommodation together.
