Conor has been a qualified architect for almost 20 years and worked with RMJM for over 12 years before joining AMA. He has experience of a wide variety of award winning projects in both the public and private sectors,and leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a particular specialism in complex projects.
Conor also has extensive and detailed expertise working as an architect working on buildings situated within sensitive environments and conservation areas. At AMA, Conor is involved with the New Waverely Masterplan proposals and the individual hotel buildings that are currently being developed.

Kenny McNally studied architecture at the University of Edinburgh, graduating in 1993. Since graduation Kenny has worked with a variety of practices in Scotland, including Crerar & Partners and Lee Boyd Partnership.
Since joining the practice in 1997, Kenny has worked as Project Architect on several complex projects, including the masterplan for the Edinburgh BioQuarter, Site A1 at Edinburgh Park and is currently leading the team on the Edinburgh St James masterplan.
Kenny is also responsible for the management and development of the information technology systems within AMA.

Tim is a qualified architect and director at AMA studio, principally engaged in the front-end design output of the studio. Working closely with the AMA team, he is regularly involved in project feasibility stages, helping progress client aspirations through to a successful outcome at planning.
Joining AMA in 2014, Tim has been significantly involved in notable masterplanning projects by the practice, and a core designer of our recent architectural work. He graduated in 2002 and registered as an architect in 2005, having previously worked at RMJM, gaining significant experience on large scale Residential and Higher Education projects.
Tim’s skill set is focussed on the graphic output of AMA studio, creating planning drawings, visualisations, and presentations together with the successful project bid documents by AMA studio.

Since joining the practice in 2015, William has overseen the delivery of several large-scale mixed-use projects, including a large award winning office building and an apart hotel within the Edinburgh World Heritage Site. Outside of Scotland, William led the conversion of an office with historically significant retained facades in Bristol’s old town, to form a new major mixed-use development.
Graduating from The University of Edinburgh in 2001 (ARB registered 2003), William has previously worked at Watson Burnett Architects, Keppie Design and spent 8 years at RMJM, where he worked as a Project Architect on a wide variety of large scale, high value projects, both in the UK and overseas.
With over 20 years’ experience working in BIM, William takes a lead role within AMA setting the standards for coordinated construction information delivery.
