Falkirk Gateway Masterplan

AMA is delighted to have worked with Macdonald Estates and Hammerson to produce masterplan proposals for the 300 acre Falkirk Gateway site.

Our proposals envisage the creation of 500,000 sq.ft of quality office space, a 250,000 sq.ft retail park, a hotel and conference centre opposite the new Falkirk stadium and a new marina development containing commercial and leisure facilities located on the Forth and Clyde Canal.

The regeneration plans were revealed on 24th May 2005, and in for Outline Planning in Autumn 2006.
