AMA created a new masterplan for the whole site which develops from the original Richard Meier masterplan. Our scheme, which was won through a competition, proposes a car free landscape creating an exciting new pedestrian environment.

Our proposals provide an 80,000 sq.ft headquarters building together with two other office developments totalling 240,000 sq.ft.

The site concept creates a very dense series of high quality urban spaces served by a level of underground car parking and the new CERT route.
